Quick Troubleshooting

Try these steps before submitting a ticket — they fix most common issues:

Restart Your Router

Unplug your router from power, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait 2-3 minutes for it to fully restart.

Check Your Cables

Make sure all ethernet cables are securely connected to your router and ONT (the small box on your wall).

Try a Wired Connection

Connect a device directly to the router or ONT with an ethernet cable to test if Wi-Fi is the issue.

Check ONT Lights

The ONT should have a solid green "PON" light. If it's off or red, there may be a line issue.
